Uuuuh, to be honest I don't know if we want somebody that doesn't speak English in NK. I mean how will we communicate with him?

I don't think it is possible. Ability of communication is essential thing. He will be mute. He won't understand what we are talking to him, he won't even understand that is written here. I know there are translators but they still suck and many times is is hard to decode that the hell the text after translation means. We are also or maybe even above all a community so communication skills are important.

But it's not all. Second thing is his age. We have rules for candidates and second point is: "You should be a reasonable, self-possessed person who presents a certain level of maturity". Sorry but I don't think that 12 years old kid meets this point.

He is so young? I did not know. He is a good player but how long it will last? another problem is English. He should know at least the basics. Otherwise, communication will be very difficult.
