Its prototype, i must learn a lot before put tthis to game, now i fight with textures.

i think for minsta is good grey without any texture,maybe somethink like steel texture be fine,but really nice work redroom

it's not finished, but works.
Textures have medium resolutions and need corrections.
Just put file in the /.nexuiz/data/ directory , if you dont like just delete it.
File dont change anything in game.
Oh, and tell me what you think about it.

The FILE

the white looks a bit strange... though it looks great for the moment - I can play with it
maybe some more stuff for the first person view would not go amiss.

I made it for lower FOV in my 105 looks better, but in 130 is too thick and simply.
An this white stripe is a light element (looks different on other video effects settings), it's possile to change it to player skin color .

Nice redroom!! You did this in blender?

Model was made in Blender, textures edited in Gimp scaled and position correction in Misfit Model 3D.

The File

The sounds are very good.
The gun is a bit strange, maybe It's only a matter of taste but I think that it doesn't fit very well with the environment of nexuiz. There's a little too much of the gothic style of the movie alien. And for me, a bit too small
However, good work and keep it up!

I am not 3dgraphic, just like to learn new things and now i study Blender, mod is side effect of this.
This gun is still not that what i want .That why i want to know what you like and not like.
I like sounds but nex charging sound after fire maybe have too high frequency, some peoples don't like it.
Post your ideas and improvements here i will try to use it (or not . )
