Downloaded git other day (1.8gb) and got same thing, with "warning, svn version" written on screen.
It is nexuiz renamed still, I hope 1.00 will be diffirent.

yes, there is going to change much in the main menu , adjusting the game style and map but in fact it will always use the base of Nexuiz but open source xonotic
