Here is a script for those who do not like beer.
This script is only selected from Unic_Sorin beer mod.
Create at least the illusion
For proper operation just copy these two lines to the file autoexec.cfg (.nexuiz / data ..) :

bind b "v_idlescale 50 ;say ^2now i'm ^3drunk ^1:P ;echo ^1 40% ALCOHOOL"
bind n "v_idlescale 0 ;say ^1WAKE UP!"

btw. If it is not created file autoexec.cfg, just create
btw2. If you want more alcohol in the blood, increase the number 50 (60,70,80)
In the game, just press "B" - drunken active
"N" - Wake Up
